Wii or ps3

Ok I have a lil spare money and I want to buy a ps3 or a wii I am more in to the war type games (fuel of war, goast recon stuff like this) so I was thinking ps3 but I think that mario cart looks fun

so which system sould I buy and why

I'd buy a PS3, because of the Blu-ray and I'm not a fan of the Wii's game library right now.

If you're a gamer and play by yourself: ps3.

Wii is fun, but unless you host get togethers a lot, then it's no fun playing by yourself. I got rid of mine after one month.

Plus, ps3 has BD built in. I almost bought one just for that.

wii for FUN, active games...think strip bowling.

I love the Wii. But as stated above I love it because I have people come over and we play mario kart on the projector in the front yard.

agreed, the wii is a more social gaming system. I wanna grab kart and a couple of wheels.

Skip the wheels, they serve no real purpose. It is just a piece of plastic. I have only used the wheel once.

But the game ROCKS.
