i know wii's cant play dvd's but i was just looking online at modchips and it says:

Yes, the wii's drive is a standard dvd drive. The only reason it doesn't play dvd's is because of the licensing fees associated with the dvd movie format. The modchip should take care of that.

okay...now im reading about burning wii games and playing them on wii with the modchip. but the only way it seems to get the game iso is to dl 40+ .rar's on rapidshare/megaupload, etc then join them or rip the game itself, but do to that it said you need updated firmware for your dvd drive. where can i just dl the FULL wii game iso's so that i can burn then and play them when i install a modchip?

For those 40+ files, you're really just unzipping one of them and then as long as all files are in a general folder, the unzipping process will do the rest for you. I don't think there's any "joining" you have to do with them. That's how PC game d/l's work and i'm pretty sure it's the same for any other type of game rip.

Also, for RAR files, I use WinRAR. Just right click on an RAR file, select "extract here" to extract in the current folder, and watch your image compile itself.

lol... The site I use for just about **** near everything is torrentleech but it seems like it's easier to win the lottery than for them to have openings for more free members nowdays so you can try ISOhunt and search for ISO's there. Most, if not all links through that site, require no signing up of any sort.

Also, 100% of the time the 1 download is all of those RAR files.

pickler tried gettin me setup with demonoid and azureus but i cant get shit for downspeeds...oh well
