Wierd question

Is there any way to fake a svc 4ohm to work as a 2ohm? Like anyway to splice some type of converter to it? Other than buying another svc 4ohm?

No way to do it that will benefit you in any way at all. Even if you could add a high power resistor in parallel to drop the load down to 2 ohms, the sub won't get any more power. The extra power the amp puts out will just go to heating up the resistor.
