the rubber surround does not even have holes poked thru where mounting

screws will have to go. so its never ever been mounted in a box.

I got it from a guy at a shop who had no idea what it was all about.

they were newbs - or just stups.

the guy diddnt even know what I was doing when I whipped out the digital multi meter

to check this subs coil configuration. - I had to explain it to him.

Well, I'm looking to go sealed and I have an MTX 7801 (1825W benched RMS @ 1ohm) but I don't have the electrical to get the juices flowing out of it fully (99 Camry stock alt w/ 193K).

i love car audio but i think putting subs in a vette is just butchering the vette. unless you glass, maybe. i could never put a big sub box in my vette.

oh and i got 1 sx for $190 and the other for $220 so your price isnt "crackhead pricing" but still good.
