i thought it had a ss filter but all i have is a lpf

i turned the gain down even more and turned the low pass down to 40 and seemed to stop it but its not as loud

 
what about the box?? is it good and sealed? if it has ANY air leaks in the seams it's gonna ruin the damping of the box and let the woofer flutter and bottom out much easier than normal considering the extra power....

did u build the box or someone else???
