Why Use Software Illegally When You Can Use Legally …

linux has a very stable kernel, if you can properly set it up. but id prefer mac //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif im old school. last time i used *nix was Slackware 7.1

 
For anything but gaming, Linux is better... and thats only because the game makers don't cater to the linux community, yet...

Basically, if you can get through the first two months with linux and master the learning curve, its VERY rewarding. No viruses, free software, stable OS.

X2. I've used Fedora Core Linux for nearly 2 years. No security. No firewall. No antivirus. No problems.

3/4 of the software are for windows
90% of malware, adware, and bloatware are for windows as well. Doesn't seem fair does it? //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/wink.gif.608e3ea05f1a9f98611af0861652f8fb.gif

 
I use to use knoppix STD (I think thats what its called) to get on my friends computer and burn files if I didnt have the admin login's //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/naughty.gif.94359f346c0f1259df8038d60b41863e.gif
