In reviewing them, most were pretty mild, the only really, really harsh one was...

Shut up moron, he's doing you a favor. If you don't like it, then don't buy from him; don't complain though. Why do you have to stir things up and cause trouble? And I bet you wonder why people don't like you(I don't have to know you personally to be sure that your charisma is about as high as a child's urinal).

Funny thing is, with a little help from Google I was able to learn that the author of that e-mail is an 18yo punk who just made a purchase from them last week.

Starting with his e-mail address (a Yahoo addy) I was also able to find: His date of birth, home address, what school he attends, pictures of him, his family, info about the family business, the fact he is a Raider fan and much, much more. Oh, and girls don't like him very much, want him to leave them alone in fact.

Interestingly enough he has been the subject of accusations of scamming by offering information for sale about where to buy iPods wholesale. His buyer was pretty pissed 'cause the info was fruitless.

So maybe he should be a bit more upset that his info is out there and a bit more careful about his random pissiness on the internet.

lawl, once I got his AIM handle and searched for it, that was one of the results from Google. Along with his 'business' dealings in other forums. Glean a little bit of information from one source, search it, get other info like the business license from the state, which gave me an address, Zillow that to find it is a home (so the biz addy is home addy), etc., etc.. All in all, 10 minutes and were I a psycho, he would have reason to be afraid.

INDOAUDIO!!= bad customer service- they take about 2 weeks to ship your item, they sell what they dont have, never reply to customers,etc,etc,etc DONT bUY FROM THEM BEWARE

i used to deal with indoaudio to supply my business in Australia.. i spent over $20,000USD on products, made some big profits over here... "lost" around $1,500 worth of products all up in the post ... apparently...

sent probably 1 million emails.. they do lie a lot and never tell you that your item is on back order when it is.. one item i remember took over 6 months to arrive..

I've known them for a while they first resided in Irvine, CA and have since moved.. the big boss was Ravi Ghatode from what i know (I sent money orders to his name).. about a year ago the signature change to John Hearn.. im quite sure its all Ravi just changing the sig to make the company look more legit.. ive seen photos of the owners car aswell hes pretty loaded bought himself a couple of BMW's plus moved to Costa Mesa

I stopped dealing with them after they lost my $1500 worth and wouldnt give me a credit..

ive also had a few dodgy products come through obviously remanufactured.. no serial numbers either.. but other than that.. most of my experiences were good with 2-3 day shipping fully trackable and they marked down for customs..

ive since moved on to suppliers in Asia but as a result have to stop selling amps and speakers as postage is a *****
