why so cheap?

anyone else noticed that the prices on kicker cvx and alpine type r's have gone down alot? theres actually brand new cvx's 12's for only $145 each and 2 for $288 and the alpine type r 15's for only $170...starting to think about pickin up some of those kickers since there so cheap now..lol
