Just got some new Alpine SPX-17Ref's and open the box and 1 of the damm tweeters is missing.Has this ever happened to anyone else?I'm pissssed off to say the least.

it worked when i trapped my wife. i didn't put enough drano in the taco to do any good however.

In all seriousness though, I hope you can at the very least return it. Thats pretty crappy. I am always leary of buying stuff off ebay. The SPX-17Refs look like a really nice set too.
