Ever thought that the person you're copying off of isn't being truthful with you?

I tried that last year, 1st semester in microecon - got the homework answers from someone who apparently "got them all right, from the professor". Just because you have responsibilites doesn't mean you cease the ability to change the situation you're in. It's all dependant on how badly you want things to change for the better. It can even lie in a priority shift.

High school was easy compared to this post-test-lecture nonsense I am dealing with now. Taking 21 hours and still making straight A's, but it requires considerable dedication. I don't even go out but around one night a week. It will be worth the magna *** laude designation though....

ok, first of all, copying someone else's homework doesnt help you at all

what do you learn from doing that?

do the homework yourself and LEARN from it so you'll actually know the material

when i was 16 i always blamed the teachers but it was my fault for not putting forth the effort.
