Why does my amp turn off

Check your ground, I had neglected to strip the paint off my grouding bolt and my amp would repeatedly shut off at high volumes.

yeah I was at a total loss at first, I had a buddy come over and check it out, found out the ring terminal was resting basically on the paint //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/rolleyes.gif.c1fef805e9d1464d377451cd5bc18bfb.gif. Threw on a fatter ring terminal, prepped the surface and no problems since //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/biggrin.gif.d71a5d36fcbab170f2364c9f2e3946cb.gif
