why does JL **** donkey balls

Have to say JL doesn't have too shabby customer service. Took 20 min. to email me back. Might have to do with emailing the president of the company with my company email (us combat systems) always get the vet guilt thing going. They're going to swap it out for a "new remanufactured" 300/2. Don't know how it can be new and remanufactured... Oh well, at least i'll have a working amp to sell.

They make good ****.. They may ass rape you on the price but there **** is solid.. My son beats the **** out of his 2 JL amps and his 13w7 and it pounds on.

You should refund the seller the difference between the amount you spent on repairs and the amount you bought the amp for.

....because you stole it from him.

i have to say, that all you clowns that hate on JL for no real reason are just retarded. JL protects it's sellers unlike all the other companies out there. JL started out as the mom and pop store brand and only sold to mom and pop stores. JL protected their prices and refused to sell to big box b/c they wanted to be the choice of true car audio enthusiast. needless to say that the mom and pop stores screwed JL over and started selling product for below retail on the net and sending back all products no matter what the condition. JL went to big box retailers b/c of the money and you can't hate on that. No matter what you guys think about JL, they did what any other company would have done. If Fi, DD, DC, etc.. or any other company could get as big and profitable as Alpine, JL, or Rockford they'd do it in a heartbeat. Over priced or not, Don't hate the playa hate the game.

JL says there going to replace with a completely different "new remanufactured" one, glad to see your reading comprehension skills are at a 2nd grade level. And Paypal informed the seller it was their responsibility to pay for return shipping. He dumped it off on me, I feel, because he knew he was trying to scam me and that he was wrong.

If JL's quality is as great as it everyone says then the new owner should have no problem, right? I just don't want to deal with their product anymore.

I'm upset because when they sent it back to me the first time it obviously wasn't up to factory specs like the services I paid for (it failed out the box before it made it to the car). The second time wasn't either(less than 4 months later). They are going to give me a completely different amp this time because the amp is a lemon.

Like I said before if JL's quality is so great why did my "factory spec" amp fail out of the box and 4 months later?
