Have to say JL doesn't have too shabby customer service. Took 20 min. to email me back. Might have to do with emailing the president of the company with my company email (us combat systems) always get the vet guilt thing going. They're going to swap it out for a "new remanufactured" 300/2. Don't know how it can be new and remanufactured... Oh well, at least i'll have a working amp to sell.
