Having different size subs creates all sorts of cancellation issues, the drivers have different response curves, it's just a recipe for a cluster****. All you need is a single set of drivers for the entire subbass range - which ideally shouldn't be over 40 or 50Hz anyway.

Well if you got a different amp to different kinds of subs, then maybe an 18", a 15", 12", 10", and a 8" sub on a different amp, will probly have really good sql

The amp wouldn't matter. As JimJ said, different subs will have different frequency response curves, and this will result in one sub's signals being cancelled out by another sub's signals. Unless you mean bandpass each sub differently (for example the 18"

guy who goes to a my rival school pulls into the restaraunt parking lot after school to hang out..me and my friend walk over there because everyones crowded around his trunk. hes got 2 jl 13w7's and 2 earthquake 12"s sealed in the same box...and everyones drooling like hes god or something..i told him mixing subs isnt the best thing to do and he says "i didnt mix em..theyre all 12"s!" hmmtimes like this make me really wanna have my 18" hooked up
