Why do i get the retarded ebay buyers to buy my shizz

I do not think the buyer or seller can leave feed back until you receive payment, there are bad people buying on Ebay and the sad thing is as a seller no longer can leave a negative feed back. The return policy is, it has to be returned in the exact same condition as you shipped it, you are not Best Buy or Crutchfield to swallow the loss on a situation like that, even they will look in to the facts and probably not refund, maybe store credit best case, or let you deal with the OEM warranty. You just sold it you did not make it, it is not your fault if he messed up. Things have changed recently on Ebay, you sold it working as is, no warranty, apparently now it is not working.

yeah i sold it as is and that is why i made video evidence of it working and i made sure i videoed the green light on the amp showing it was working as it should . I have been scammed by so many ebay buyer , and yes it is a shame you can't leave neg for a buyer who is a scammer . i think that is absolutely ridiculous

We all be caught by unfair trades on Ebay. Worst thing you can do is ship to other countries to avoid scams, the only cool countries to ship are Canada, Australia, England, Germany, Netherlands maybe Italy, Spain, and if there are problems it is a PITA do deal with.

I shipped a new Hoodie to some Russian nation, it was a drag, but I am glad it was insured, the guy claimed never got it, and he had a track record of doing the same thing to others.

One lesson, once you get paid, do a research of the buyer, if he left many negative feed backs or you see a track record of scams, you can just refund the money get all your commissions back from ebay/paypal, and just block the M****** for the future just in case. I lost many things but it was not a whole lot of money and sometimes It is better to swallow some things for a small price to keep a good feed back record.

He still may be able to leave a bad feed back, maybe not, I had many cases as a seller, I won all of them and never got a bad feedback during the claim process, that was a few years back, I still sell items but had not had any similar claims, therefore I could not confirm if that feedback issue is possible, at least you keep the money.

eBay is full of retards. This is the FAQ on all my listings.

1. Where are my cards, you didn't ship them yet?

I don't use the ebay system to print postage so shipping updates don't show up on their site. If you want confimation I've shipped, email me after you pay and I'll let you know.

2. Where are my cards, you didn't ship them yet?

Mail is hit or miss especially overseas. December is the absolute worst, have patience please. Last year I had a LOT of lost packages and things returned in the mail. If you don't see your package in a reasonable time frame, just ask. Often things get returned in the mail or sometimes I just miss the notification of your payment.

3. Where are my cards, you didn't ship them yet?

Seriously PLEASE BE PATIENT. I've had people file a claim 5 business days after paying on order to ITALY. That's a rude-rookie move. Filing claims can hurt my seller status and make fees even more oppressive, it's allready to the point where I can't afford to sell a lot of cards I get on here, please don't make it worse! I can't always ship the instant you pay. I try to ship 4-5 days a week, but sometimes I'm a day or two out. From there domestic mail often takes a full week, and mail to Europe and South America can be over 2 weeks.

4. Where are my cards, I want a tracking number?

Orders over 80$ I will charge you for insurance or registered mail. If you're overseas a "tracking" number costs minimum 12.50 in postage (It's called registered mail). Domestic bidders, I don't use tracking. If a package with tracking is lost we're up a creek, if a package with insurance is lost or damaged you get a check from the post office for full value plus postage. Your 80$+ orders in the USA will be shipped with insurance.

5. You're a bad person I'm going to file a claim/slam your feedback.

Please if you're not happy, have the decency to contact me first. I'm a reasonable guy and have been able to work out every problem that people have bothered to contact me about.

6. Why haven't you shipped my order, eBay shows you haven't shipped them yet.

I guess I can't write this enough times since I get 4 or 5 people asking every day. You do realize that I can just mark them as shipped manually and not ship anything right? If you really need to know when precisely they ship, drop me an email after you pay and I'll reply when I actually pack them.

I still get 4 or 5 a day "why haven't you shipped my order yet". I am understanding when it's people from countries that aren't English speaking, but almost every time it's USA, UK, Canada, or Australia. I have NEVER had anyone from Japan ask.

People drop about 20 IQ points just from logging into eBay I think...

I sold amps on Craigslist, you demo the sound to make sure it works, disconnect it and make the deal cash. What happens after that, it is not the sellers fault. It takes a long time to sell stuff there but if you price it right using eBay as a bench mark and price it a bit lower it can happen, but it depends on the area also, EBay is better to move it faster but you get hit with 7-9% on fees and commissions you kind of have to reduce the price a bit to compensate for that and move it faster, but good luck if the population is low in your area.

Maybe next time you can try Craigslist, I know you may need to spend a bit of money on gas to meet someone in a public place like Starbucks or similar, and the time involved to meet and show the amp but some smart buyers do buy stuff there and may feel better finding out it works, instead of using eBay and not really knowing until they hook it up, and you not knowing if they installed it correctly or if they made mistakes, like in your current case, there are advantages and disadvantages using both cites. One thing about CL put pictures, no pictures no interest. The better they are the best chances to move it faster.
