Why cant i seem to find many 600 rms rubs that will run at 4 ohms? all i seem to see is dual 4 ohm. I need a dual 2 or single 4. How much does RE charge to make the dual 4 into dual 2? or should i look at audiobahn or PG or another brand?

not quite sure what you are asking for...a subs impedence is for the amp load, not the sub load...a DVC 2 (single woofer) can be ran at a 4 ohm load, and there are many DVC 2 ohm subs availabale on the market...and range in the 600 watt range.

all of RE's subs come (except the unreleased RE series) come standard with dual 2ohm coils. for 600rms, look into the SE series

probably using a A/B amp that is stable at 4ohms bridged

I already have a hifonics zeus zx6000. which is a 2 ch that is 600 x 1 rms @4 ohms when bridged. I was set on the resonant engineering SE, but its a dual 4 ohm. I dont want to run the amp lower than 4 ohms, and at 8 ohms it wouldnt be putting out enough power, so...... i need to find a comprable sub in the 600 watt range

12 L7: too expensive

L5 seems like the closest match. now the question is L5 vs. SE
