It used to be great. Fighters respected each other, they could hate each other before and after a fight and give props where it was due. Now every fighter has lost their class. They are in it to stir up as much shit as possible just for a big payout and it lost all sportsman ship.

It's definitely an issue. I REALLY dislike the new bonus structure also.

It used to be great. Fighters respected each other, they could hate each other before and after a fight and give props where it was due. Now every fighter has lost their class. They are in it to stir up as much shit as possible just for a big payout and it lost all sportsman ship.

Which, with all due respect, is the exact kind of mentality keeping MMA from becoming a mainstream sport.

George St Pierre and Fedor Emelianko are probably the 2 greatest MMA fighters ever and neither one of them ever showed even a modicum of disrespect or "hate"

Dragon was talking about the fact that 99% of it is blatantly fake and is drummed up to sell the fights. I'm tired of the fake crap too, sure I enjoy it when you have two fighters that GENUINELY dislike either (Tito / Ken, Mir/Lesnar etc) but the vast majority of it anymore is fake as WWE's steel chairs.

I liked UFC back when it was a medium that showed different fighting styles and which was the most effective. When fighters started purposely laying on the ground, I lost interest.
