I am pretty sure im in the 150's I kinda wanna downgrade though cause its tearing my car apart which really sucks. So expect that if you want a 150 daily driver.

thats wierd and i have noticed that with alot of 150 cars. i do a 151.3 and my car doesnt really flex at all. no sound deading or nothing done to it. well built car i guess...

I would think I may be close. I dunno, and my setup is f*cking loud IMO. Which is why I wouldn't want to upgrade, and if it isn't 150. Then man, I do t wanna hear it. LOL

Well I know my costs have been up to 4k-4.5k and climbing. I'm still makin upgrades, but I'm hittin high 153's. Prolly will gain 3+ db after I finish upgrading.

Of course we disagree with you. High tuning is really only ment for real SPL heads trying to hit a really high score. Daily Setups go as far as the regular music you listen to thats put on the TL to show on avg how loud your system is on a daily basis...hence the reason why this thread was made.

On another note, daily setups shouldn't be tuned high, nor tuned too low. Most Rap/Hip Hop/ R&B songs are played anywhere from the low 30's to high 40's. So tuning your port should be as low as the low 30's and the high 40's...depending on the type of music you like and what size driver you're using. IMO, this is what constitutes a daily system. But, I really dont care who can hit over 150+db...Its who can hit over 155+db daily playing in the low 30's.
