A question about the ED nine.4.

On Ed's website, it states this:

65 x 4 @ 4 Ohms Stereo

100 x 4 @ 2 Ohms Stereo

150 x 2 @ 4 Ohms Stereo

In My owners manual, it states this:

4 x 50 @ 4 Ohms

4 x 75 @ 2 Ohms

2 x 100 @ 4 Ohms

What source is correct? Did Ed upgrade their amps, but not their manuals?

I would take a picture of my manual, but my parents have my digi cam.

or use a digital multimeter and put it on the speaker terminals and turn your music on your "special" volume number and measure the AC voltage then take that number times .707 to get your RMS output. You'll be surprised how many watts you're puttin out. A guy at a car audio store told me to use one to see how much power an amp is puttin out instead of those stupid test tones.

is this an accurate test?

lol.. reminds me of US Amps.. There website claimes 1521 @ 1 ohm for the MD2, their manual shows 1800 @ 1 ohm and then the catalog for dealers shows 1950 @ 1 ohm.
