derrick i see u watching i got 1 question Where did u get ur roundover bit and what size is it? i would like to do my 6" pipe the same way u did

Its 5/8" and I believe my bro got it at Sears. I just recently picked up a 3/4" from Lowes but haven't used it yet. The ports were easy to make, cheap, and work excellent.

I guess I'm not allowed into the 2 18s club since I have 3 now. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/crying.gif.ec0ebefe590df0251476573bc49e46d8.gif When I had 2 in 10 ft w/ 4 6" ports tuned to 32hz it hit a 148.3 @ 41hz powered by a pair of Sundown 1500s in my Yukon.

I tried strapping my Sundowns once which took them down to 0.1875ohm each and it hit a 149.5 but the amps kept going into protect as soon as I got up to half volume. In my Explorer this box hit a 147.2 off of one Sundown 1500 @ 0.5ohm. Here's a pic of the box.

Here's a vid with my first box. It was 13.75ft w/ 192.5" of port tuned to 32hz and hit a 147.9 @ 41hz powered by a pair of RF T1ks. This box was a low end monster and hit 145.3 @ 30hz.

Two BTL 18"s, two kicker 2500's. Does pretty good daily. Have had these since the BTL's came out. Dont even remember much about the box/tuning. It sounds okay, but it shakes the whole dam truck. I'm going to redo it, take out the 3rd row and make a box to go down there, maybe change up amps.
