PM saywhat?, PV Audio, powernaudio, or 80inchz (spelling is wrong on that one), and they will design you a correctly made enclosure for a small price (under $10...)

If the plans posted are accurate, then I would go for the build. 107 inches of port is nasty, baby:naughty:

107.625 square inches, i figured it was plenty. By the way, that violet piece shouldn't effect it too much. If you want to be really technical, why not? could go with more port area though. Im running 120 Sq inches of port to a single 15. 107 should be fine though, might want to email scott at Fi first though, the Q is very picky about how much port area it wants.

80...can you design a bandpass that will fit in his required space...this is for an 18 inch woofer. But you are the resident Bandpass guru here at CA.com
