Me and my friend r gonna have a little sound off, it is his 3 jlw3's in a sealed box with his kicker 400 wattrms amp or my xxx12'' in a ported box with my hifonics bx1500 running at 1 ohm. i know he has more surface area but i have like more than 3 times his power. but who will be louder and sound better. i know u guys dont give a rip about this crap but i was just curious on who u would bet on.

although there is no way to tell depends on the car boxs air temp whether he wiped his *** good after his last dump... whether he is fat or skinny windows up or down

jl's will sound just as good and yall prolyl given everythign equal will be abut the same volume....maybe but

If its 400each then I put money on JL, if not XXX dominates hands down! Its an XXX! If there is 400 to each, XXX will not be far behind. It depends on what cars they are in too!

it'll be a good run just for the fact of the cone displacement. i wouldnt doubt the XXX though right away. a ported xxx with 1500 watts has mad potential but so does 340 square inches of cone. if he just has 400rms total to 3 subs then you will probably get him. if you dont i'll punch you in the face.
