Hmm. I generally like to try out alot of new amps for just the hell of it,but if issues arise, Id be concerned about the warranties involved and shipping expenses and whom would be paying for those expenses being out of the States.

It's incredibly unlikely these are made anywhere but Korea, I'd say China but at the price point you'd really hope not. The only reason these "European" brand names are so expensive is because of how heavily their governments tax imports.
