if i am reading the ToS correctly spidey violates the prohibited behavior with 90% of his posts. Everything he writes is abusive, profane & hateful. He has even said racially or ethnically offensive things to members. why hasnt he been banned? i was banned for making 2 posts about a price of something.

There are several gay people who work at Kmart with me. They call eachother faggots in the same manor that Black people refer to other people of their race as n***a. I don't think they would be offended by someone calling them a faggot on the internet
