if i am reading the ToS correctly spidey violates the prohibited behavior with 90% of his posts. Everything he writes is abusive, profane & hateful. He has even said racially or ethnically offensive things to members. why hasnt he been banned? i was banned for making 2 posts about a price of something.

3. I asked r0llinlacs if he would prefer he get banned for violating ToS since he also broke the ToS.

4. After I asked r0llinlacs said question he hasnt come back.

no i did not see any of that, but my post wasnt geared towards that specific case. but seeing that now, shouldnt you ban yourself since you technically made a "Communication that encourages users to terminate their use of the Service" ?

just trying to figure out the rules and such of this forum so i dont get banned again.

Hey, I'm not tryna get banned again either! We're in the same boat, lol

Difference is I'm not trying to argue my case anymore. It's done, and I just don't want to violate any major rules.

I feel like the minor ones get to slide. Kinda like speeding 5 miles over the speed limit. You're not worth the cop's time unless he really wants to get ya for some reason.
