for subs, and there amazing solid amps, and thd can be miss interpreted very easily, dont always trust what companies put on a box. and u should know anything under 1 percent is inaudible, what u think a 2 channel amp is when ran at 4 ohm.
u notice how hifonics dosent even post there thd, nor is this the minumum thd its the maximum.

I highly doubt that amps SQ at full power will even compare to just one channel of dylan's (hopefully mine soon) a1200 , which BTW is rated at full power with 0.02% THD. If you are even gonna start that RC challenge BS just GTFO now , cuz there is no way an amp rated @ .5% THD will ever be considered a "good" product unless its a HUGE monoblock like a warhorse or something of that nature.

so sundown, zed, and diamond make **** products ok.

we have no idea on how this amp was measured, its being sold as a powerfull amp so is it at 4 ohms bridged or 4 ohms on one channel, makes a huge difference. you have no idea.

they also tell you in the specs "From 1 watt to rated power. Typically less than 0.05%". So don't try to put it out like its rating is a rock solid .2%. Thats like saying a sundown sa-8 handles 400 watts and nothing more because jacob says so.

And as far as not knowing anything or falling into forum babble...............i been doing this shiz since before the internet was invented. Oh wait you may pick that statement apart too , so let me rephrase that. I have been doing this car audio thing since before the internet was available to the average consumer and a IBM compatible 386 was a high dollar computer.
