parents are old and can't take the cold anymore so they moved to florida, on some ****ing golf course for 50 year olds.

Hell anyone is lucky compared to me...45min east of here is the warzone called the ninth ward of New Orleans. This place still hasnt recovered //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/crap.gif.7f4dd41e3e9b23fbd170a1ee6f65cecc.gif At least I live right off of campus in a great neighborhood.

I pay $449 a month including ALL utilities, cable w/ HBO, high speed internet, and such.

It's a brand new place, on campus here @ UC, and has a monitored parking garage below.

It's a 4 person... and we each pay $449 a piece.

interesting, I pay 469 here in florida and have 3 roomies in our 4 bedroom apt. Have everything you have as well. No parking garage, but we do have security.

i'd like to challenge that. population of my town is 900. nearest walmart is a 20 mile drive. nearest mall is an 80 mile drive. hardly any cellphone service, a population base comprised of senior citizens, and a deer population that out numbers humans almost 2 to 1

Yes...I was like WTF...Rural Surcharge, its all good though, Shipping endedup being 57 and som change but I took care of it.

the ups facility is like 30 miles away, but yea now you know why my town sucks. also cost of living is higher up here then in the city, and there are no jobs, and the wages are lower up here.

When I was living in an apartment of my own I was paying $450. It was a two story townhouse with 2 bedrooms, 2 baths. Some utilities were included. I would definitely invest in renter's insurance.
