it used to be real easy to do this and alot of people did but the law changed in either 2004-2005 to read that you must either be blood relative or have adopted the child to claim them on taxes they will ok it for now but 6 months down the line you will get a letter from the irs stating that you owe them the extra amount they gave you . some people dont get that letter so it all depends on if they catch you or not ohh and btw they also charge you interest .

Nothing wrong with HR Block. Shit I just got the most money back ever from them. Almost 7g's, lol! I had to pay 300 dollars to get it done though. So that is the only bad part.
