who here drives a honda accord?

i dirve a 2002 ex V6. i was wondering if i could get some pics/ ideas from you guys on what all you got done or were able to fit in your trunk??? please post up all pics and info and please list your system as it is now to date.

i got:

HU: eclipse 5435

FRONT: kicker ss comps

REAR: alpine type s 6x9

SUB: four 10's (first generation JL w6 motor, kicker basket and probox soft parts)

BOX: 4cubes tuned to 33.5hertz

4CH: nine.4

MONO: nine.1

1/0 welding cable also

please some one let me know. shoot even civis or cars that are pretty close to mine like the camry from around the same time...well you guys get the idea...also anyone with a 4th order bandpass box in a trunk feel freel to gimmie some info

I had two dd 9510s in a little over 4 cubes gross. Recently went to a single 12" v3 Mag in about 2.5 cubes gross.

My roommate has a sedan with two type r 12s in about 5 cubes gross. I have done numerous of these and even some with a couple single 15 installs.

Dont have any pictures but there is plenty of room in there. Just be careful of the trunk torsion bars for height if you take out your rear speakers.

From my experience a 4th order bandpass is not a good way to go in a trunk vehicle.

FWIW my two 10s were the loudest system I have heard or seen in an accord. Otherwise a single 15 works well too. Four 10s will get choked and you will lose output.

99 honda accord sedan. right now i have a 4.5 cube ported box in the trunk right now. i could use a slight bigger box if I wanted to. If I had some things moved around.

any vids of your setup?

nope no vids of my setup as i kinda think the box is holding me back some...the subs arent getting choked or losing any output they callk for .75--1.3 cubes a peice for ported and im like the 6th guy to do 4 of these 10's in a 4cubed box tuned to 33hertz.

come on guys post some more...whats in your system???? got any pics????? gimmie some ideas....

(2) DD 1510's in 3 cubes @ 38hz

or

nah they were all my daily setups. That 15" fi bl got down low like no other though

well my last setup i had a Aq hdc3 12 in 2.3cubes tuned to 37hertz and i hit a 138.7 off music and thats with the sub and port firing back towards the rear of the car.

the box for the FI...how big was that? and did you have a hard time getting it into the trunk?

I think its, 33 L x 16.5 H x 22 d

It fit in just fine but the only problem was that my trunk floor is not level so it sat on all the grooves awkwardly
