Sorry for not responding, I don't come here or any other forum much, just in spurts. We have a trouble ticket system on our website that we prefer to use, we respond to tickets on it daily. We can't login to all the forums and answer all the PM's, takes too much time, got to get back to work, so we have that system, it's faster and easier for us. And we don't lose track of things, as it's "all in one place". Trying to remember who pm'd me on what forum is a mess and a nightmare.
