Who else likes to Fish?

Whats your favorite bait/lure to use? I love to fish with floating frogs around lilly pads.
LOL Ive tried tons of different things. I literally found the best bait. I got it at walmart there plastic minnows. I have literally caught ALL my big fish using it.

i like to fish but bass don't get as big as down south around here. Small mouth fight nice for their size but Muskie is the real deal in the north. Walleye is the best for the table.

Used to fish for flatheads all the time until I discovered turkey hunting at the age of 15. I could still flathead fish during the summer, but just don't care for it as much anymore..

This is when I was 13..Laugh at me, i know you want to. This was our best day of flathead fishing. I caught a 26 lber and my dad caught a 14lber. We have caught more several times, but never two this size. Fishing with goldfish on rod and reel.

I think i was 14 here with a 13lber.

My funnest day ever of fishing was my second time I ever went snagging. Caught a 30lb spoonbill, 14lb spoonbill, and 16lb buffalo all the same evening. It was crazy. My dad also caught a 16lb spoonbill. Don't have any pics on my computer though. I was 13 then also.

I saltwater fish as much as I can. Im in 2-3 tourny's a year and won two of them last year for biggest speck. Mostly fish for specks and reds with the occasional shark fishing and deep sea fishing for cobia and snapper. I was just in a tourny a few weeks ago but it was a blowout and I lost my title...

I am currently on the Auburn Bass fishing team and caught the big bass of our tourny yesterday at Lake Eufala. I also fish for redfish, trout, cobia, and other various inshore saltwater species.

just a random picture from about 2 weeks ago

I love freshwater fishing just hardly ever have time to do it. Only got out once this summer and caught a couple small mouths. We have tons of private ponds around here that have decent sized fish since most people around here are big into salt water as I live right on Long Island Sound and prefer salt

a few pics of the many we pulled out of the cousins lake one weekend. ****ers put up a mean fight.

Been fishing since I was like 5.

Biggest snook, 51" and 34lbs. Biggest red was about 35lbs out in the Banana River.

Fished the Nextel Tarpon Cup in boca Grande Pass, two year in a row one year along side of 1st place winner Kenny Hyatt, and fished personally with Blair Wickstrom from Addictive Fishing.

Favorite fish to catch would be Redfish and Tarpon on the flyrod.

Currently have a Lake and Bay 20' with a Yamaha 250 HPDI, and me and my grandpa will be getting a Shearwater 22X with a 300 Merc Verado.

eh only get that merc if you want speed and not reliability....great looking boat though just not a fan of mercs. yamaha, evenrude, johnson ftw! and I guess ill add suzuki since I own one now and after putting it through some shit it takes it all w/o question.

My current boats are a 1950 roll gunnel sea chaser with a 140 sea chaser (top speed of 45ish mph) and a 34' mainship (top speed 15 knots lol). lost all 3 skiffs in the storm 3 years ago.

Mercury's are great for reliability. Maybe the older ones are shit, but the new ones are very good, and I have not heard any horror stories or complaints about them.

That picture I posted is the next boat we're getting. I rock a Yamaha Vmax 250 HPDI on the flats boat, and it has yet to let us down...almost 700 hours on it, and it still runs like a ***** ape and puts my Lake and Bay to 74mph.
