White people and shampoo

I was wondering the other day if shampoo loses its effectiveness after a while. I mean using the same shampoo for a couple months (I get the family size).

Is this just me, does shampoo go bad or does it stop working as well?

I asked my best friend but he is mixed. Then I asked my other friend but he is black.

Thoughts, comments?

Read the link, but no clear answer.

My friend thinks that water in the shower "thins" the shampoo. I think it perhaps "goes bad" over time or your hair gains a tolerance.

What else should I worry about? World hunger? That's trivial when delivery men are starving.

I think my current shampoo is making my hair too dry. I use the wal-mart version of pantene. I also use conditioner.

I think I will toss it and try something new.

I will also make a thread about this experience.

buzz your hair to a #2 every saturday

then all you gotta do is shampoo...

no conditioning casue you get a full new head of hair each week

worked for me for 4 years now im at about 4.75 years but w/e

I've been using the same Aussie Moist Shampoo for several years and that I can tell my hair hasn't built up a "tolerance" to it. It's soap - not a drug. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/crazy.gif.c13912c32de98515d3142759a824dae7.gif

I buy the monster-sized bottle and use it until it's gone. As I wear my hair short it isn't as if I'm using tons of it each time I shower...
