Whining noise when i accelerate

I get this whining noise when i accelerate.

I remember hearing years ago that this kind of thing has something to do with an installation of car audio. But, i dont remember what it was. Can someone please point me in the right direction so i can try to fix it tomorrow.

Try posting what is installed and where in what vehicle? What is the chance that you have a Pioneer cd player?

Yes. Could be a bad ground.

Does not sound like alternator at all, it sounds like and will infact be a difference in ground potentials but without knowing if this equipment has amplifiers and is mounted in a horse carriage, and my crystal ball being out for warranty, all we can do is guess.

it is probably the muffler bearings or the headlight fluid

no guys i think he is talking about engine noise...lol its a whining from your speakers when u accelerate right?? if so i had the same problem and you need to go here to learn how to fix it http://www.caraudio.com/forum/showthread.php?t=198477&highlight=grounding+head+unit

Alpine 9813 HU

MB Quart Components

Eminence Alpha 6a coax in rear

US Amps 4300 hooked up to it for now

REXXX 15

Ampman Revo 1500 watt

Both amps are on the box

Ground & Big 3 were done professionally

I just noticed the whining recently when i installed the sub amp and the highs amp and changed out the rear speakers.

you know what i was thinking, when i installed the rca's on the highs amp, i wasnt sure which went where so i guessed. Could that maybe be it?
