yeah, fs is a good reference for myself on a sub. I usually look for anything lower than 22hz so I will know were the impedance spike is and how low I can tune the enclosure. I am happy I can go with 3 11's in a very small space and still have deeeeeeeeeeeep bass.

Last time I went to ID, bumped into Fred I think, he was showing me some severely abused speakers (blacked voicecoils that contain adhesives that change colors at 450 degrees (that's **** hot) and start rubbing in the gap against something else, another that had the voicecoil bang onto the bottom of the speakers excursion repeatedly and the voice coil was pounded in (very noisey process, have to be deaf and dumb to miss it) and one guy who unwound his voice coil from all the abuse. Very fun to watch, got pictures below:
