A little under rated? If so I could just get the 1200 watt version, but overhead is good. However I only have 4 guage wire going to the amp and I do not plan on changing it to 0.

At 14.4 volts they will do rated. Now for the downside. Have you ever seen anyone stay at 14.4 volts while the bass is kicking at full volume?
