Tangled Up in Blue
Makes just about as much sense as using the gain as a volume control //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gifuhh ok.

I said I was using it as volume control? I was just stating the fact that I can turn the gain to 5v instead of 2...get a grip!Makes just about as much sense as using the gain as a volume control //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif
yes. higher preout voltage means lower gain, hence why people think preout voltage is so importantdoesn't higher preout mean turning gain up LESS??? honestly question btw
i was like 98.577% sure.yes. higher preout voltage means lower gain, hence why people think preout voltage is so important
No.yea I agree...just like the fact that I can turn my gain up alittle more. lol
No.lmk if u know of another quality deck for around $280...new

Stupid. Completely incorrect. If you have higher voltage pre-outs, you turn your gains up LESS. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/fyi.gif.9f1f679348da7204ce960cfc74bca8e0.gifI said I was using it as volume control? Get the Pioneer, it has MUCH more tuning capabilities. Better Equalizer, 3way Xover, just an all around superior unit.Does the alpine have the ability to get rid of the bass from my front and rear speakers?? I had a 9825 a while back and couldnt do it...guess it was the cheaper model huh.

Woohoo.yes. higher preout voltage means lower gain, hence why people think preout voltage is so important
