which would be louder (if any)

i'm almost tempted to say the L7.
as am i. its going to be ported vs. sealed, and has more cone area then a single cvr. therefore it should technically get louder. correct me if im wrong but wouldnt the single 15" ported be moving more air than the cvr's sealed?

yea. depends on install. also why does it say 38 hz. box at the top, and then 33 hz. in the middle of the ad?

Because its eBay, and the seller probably has no idea what he is selling //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/wink.gif.608e3ea05f1a9f98611af0861652f8fb.gif

I would say, port your current 15's if you arent happy with the SPL.

Well...I'd say the 2 CVR's will produce more SPL....double the cone surface. As long as the box is designed properly it should be the way to go.....

it really isn't double the cone area since the L7's are square vs. the round cvr's but still more cone area. i say if you got space, go with dual ported L7's

the 15s are in a 97 sentra so there is really no more space to port them. They are pretty **** loud but want louder without getting a new amp and not buying a really expensive sub. On the enclosure, i emailed em and they said it was tuned to 33hz, they prob. didnt change it cause the 12in enclosure is tuned to 38hz. So would the L7 be louder?
