Which wire size to use?

I am wiring my RL-P down to 1 ohm and I am going to give it 600 watts. I am using 12 guage wire to wire the voice coils but can I use 14 guage wire to go from voice coil to box terminal?

you'll be fine. don't need too put so much thought in speaker wire. why, however the change in gauge? run out of wire?
