Which will get lower?

Which subs would get lower/louder/sound better? (doesn't have to be a single answer, just picking your brains)

2 type-x 12's

-or-

2 type-r 15's

?????????????????

and..... the final question.....

which would you choose for a daily?

space is not a problem, i'm replacing a monsterous 9 cube L7 setup.

let me know what you think.

my previous setup was 2 12" type-x's, and i loved them, and was initially planning to go back to them, but i'd like to try something new, and was wondering if the type-r 15's might be up my alley? thought maybe the 15" r's would give me the lows like i loved with the x's, but with a little extra ~umph~ with better SQ than my L7's.

Possible amps are either the MA audio 4000D or a lanzar opti4000D.... haven't decided on that either.

i love my R's regardlees what anybody says....

but man my 12" X was a lilttle sq monster.

I would go R's since they dont sound to bad and still get Loud!

if i can't decide by the time i have money, i'm just gonna put it all toward paying off school

i'm not spending any more money on this stuff untill it feels right.

i hate 2nd guessing after placing an order, and feeling buyer's remorse.

i just think i could deal with a little less SQ from the r's, if i could still get those nasty lows.

ya. i like my kickers, but the box is unreasonable.

i loved my x's, the were transparent, i'd actually have to turn them off to know if they were playing.... and on certain songs (i got 5 on it, clint eastwood) they would BLOW ME AWAY with those LOWS

but i figure the 15" type-r would be a good comprimise between the quality of the x's,a nd the output of the L7's.

i was just fishing for some opinions.

i'm shooting for a substage that plays 25-60hz, and want my comps to pick it up above that. putting some 10" aurum cantus drivers in my doors.
