Which will be Cheaper and easier?

Recently i was told to ditch my rear speakers, so i have two choices on my setup.

two amps (1 mono for the sub and 1 2 channel for components)

or a 4-channel( 2chan bridged to sub and 2 for components)

The first one will be better sound quality wont it? I mean the mono amps are made specifically for subs so thats what works best right. But the second option would probably be cheaper and easier to wire wouldnt it?

just lookin for some opinions:)

I'm looking at polk momo components and probably a pioneer amp that will run 120 watts rms to the components.
