What TS parameter shows that a subwoofer would work well in a ported enclosure?What is a example of that value vs a poor value for a subwoofer?

EBP (efficiency bandwidth product) is something good to look at as well. Divide the Fs by the Qes to get it. Something in the 40-60 range can normally swing either way. Lower than 40 I'd go sealed, higher than 60 I'd go ported.

That'd be a mid-level qts value. Without knowing the other specs I'd guess that it can work well in either sealed or ported, but not really excel in either. Knowing the full list of t/s parameters will give you a better idea.
