Which subwoofer(s)?

I've got a Boston Acoutics GT-2125 and want to be able to power two subs. Below are the amplifiers specs for reference:

4 ohms: 125 watts x 2 chan.

2 ohms: 200 watts x 2 chan.

Bridged, 4 ohms: 400 watts x 1 chan.

Bridged, 2 ohms: 600 watts x 1 chan.

DCON's in the proper box will get nasty with the power you have.

I run the same amp. If I had a twin for my ID10, I wouldn't think twice about running them both on the Boston. Basically any 250-300W sub would do great in pairs. But my overall vote would be for a pair of Dayton HO SVC 4ohms.

Correct, I agree with the dcon suggestion as well as the sundown e series.

You'd need Dual 2ohm DVC subs or Single 4 ohm subs to run as a pair for the Boston. Just make sure you don't get DVC 4ohms.

So the boston will basically run any two subwoofers (ran parallel) whose RMS is around 300, and are either a SVC 4 Ohm or DVC 2 Ohm on the 600w @ 2 Ohm load?

Yes, sir. Just make sure that you run the pair of DVC 2ohm subs in series-parallel or you'll be at 0.5 ohms...amp won't last long that way.
