Which speakers?

I have a 96' Jimmy... I am looking for some cheap speakers that sound good for the price..... or would be a great upgrade compared to the speakers I have atm. I am not to knowledgeable about speakers so please enlighten me!

I am going to be running at least 2 12" subs at 1200 rms... maybe even 15's will 60 wrms for the speakers be enough?

I have a pair of Cerwin Vega V-Max 65's and love them. Only $160ish shiped from onlinecarstereo.com. I've never eard them side by side with the RSD's and I am in no way claiming to be an expert but, I personally feel that Cerwin Vega is better than Pheonix Gold. But like I said, thats just personal opinion.
