Which seems louder?

1. Box in trunk, mdf flooring and whatnot. Specific ways that work best to fire the ports/subs?

2. Rear seats removed, platform built to mount box on, cabin sealed off from trunk.

I think you should go to the closet shop with a meter. And, try all of the scenarios you listed and see which one hits highest. Or, you can buy a Term Lab and test for yourself and your buddies.

Yeah I figured that would be the best thing to do, but I was just asking because I'm sure I'm not the only person on here that has experimented like this.
