Which RE audio line

hey guys im getting a new 12 inch sub and was thinkig of the RE audio sx, or se line. but the sx all i can find is Dual 2 ohm voice coils and i need Dual 4 ohm so i can run my zx1000 at 2 ohms! so are the re models as good? for sq and spl! i got about 35wx15x15 for a box! i would go DD but cant find any on ebay for a decent price! so pretty much im jus looking for a SQL sub currently running a kicker l7 but want something with more SQ! thanks guys, jeremy

the RE SE can take 800-1000 watts if gain corectly and in the right box

Oh and FYI, either two RE SE 12's sealed or a single SX ported is the way I'd go if I stuck to RE

SE's have pretty decent output with good quality.

Also consider two BM 12's from SI.

Look on here in the Classifieds for a DD. AudioQue is a great suggestion too. You could also look into the SSA Icon (Not sure about the wattage requirements.)

the Icon is 900rms... THe SX is a really impressive sounding woofer compared to the norm u probably see.. I had a pair, and they slammed HARD.. I suggest u look into a pair of SE's

ok would 2 12 inch RE pound as good as my L7 in the 3 cubi foor box? also would i want DVC 4 or DVC 2 ohm subs ! because im not sure how to wire them to run 2 off a mono amp? thanks, jeremy

That L7 done right shoulda gotten pretty loud, but I'm not too keene of their sound.

Two SE's sealed probably aint going to get as loud as that L7, but pretty close. Sound a hell of a lot better though.

Lets see... If you want two DVC subs to be at 2ohm, you want two DVC 2ohm subs to make a 2ohm final load.

Are you wanting to get louder than the L7 or "about" as loud with a lot better sound?

A single SX should get just as loud and sound a bit better, but I personally still like a 2500 or 3500 series from DD or the AudioQue HD3

RD has a few subs that would have some fun around there, and the SI Mag is also a pretty good choice.

ya it was a 12 inch lk7 ported 3.0 cubic foot box tuned to 34 hertz! umm ya id like what ever i get to be about as close as loud but mainly sound alot better! ya ill try and look for aDD 3515 also! id like to spend around 400 dollars for a sub shipped with taxes and everythhing

i got a 15 se on 700 watts ported and sounds great in a pink box

you can order and re sx with dual 1's that would give you a 2ohm load, or i think that you can get dual 4's also but I am not sure on that
