which RCAs from crutchfield...

Does it really matter? Even if you have the best, or at least good RCA's, like the shielded 24' ones i got from radioshack, if i ran the RCA near the power line for like 2-3 feet (it was a temporary thing) i got bad noise. Just wire everything up right and keep power away from RCA and you'll be fine, IMO

I drive a toyota camry, about the same size as an accord and the RCA's from Walmart in their amp kits fit just fine...I think it was like 18 feet or something like that.

P.S. Did you get that box built yet? I see the sub was delivered this morning //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif

the box is built. the fabric has been purchased. the sub has been delivered.

i havent even upwrapped the bubble wrap because its

raining like crazy here so i figured ill just leave it be til

i get home around 5 today actually...

ill cover the box and then hopefully be able to hoist

it into the car either tonight or tomorrow weather

permitting...

the box actually fits in the trunk which is nice, i tried before

i glued everything together... once i get the sub mounted its

gonna be freaking heavy...

hopefully my dash kit will come from crutchfiled tomorrow and

i can put my car back together...

what a project...

swim... what are you gonna do about that having no sub business???

Stinger hypers were a **** good deal. got 17 footers off ebay for about $5.00 a piece. No noise whatsoever. Not sure how long your car is but get longer than you think you will need. The length I need is always at least 3 feet longer than what I estimate.

its the coupe accord, but its as big as a sedan really...

i didnt want to get toooo long a cable if thats not good

for loss and all...

how many feet in a metre? i could just google that conversion

i guess... but since im asking other retarded math questions

i may as well ask another one...

Then you likely had a problem somewhere else. Richard Clark will give you $1000 if you can make a power wire induce audible noise through an RCA.

BTW, I had two sets of RCA's (one for a comp amp, one for a sub amp), the REM wire, two pairs of speaker wire and the power wire literally zip tied together for the entire length of my full size, 4 door sedan and had absolutely zero noise

yah dawg, i gots like almost a meter leftova but its all gravy homes. we like thangs long up in hurr to impress da slimmies ya heard. g g g g g unit.

Well, I have to save up a little and hopefully get myself another sub soon. Trying to decide if I'm willing to give up the trunk space to get an air hog or if I should go with another small box driver....decisions decisions. Going to do fiberglass for the box either way though so I'll be subless until it's warm no matter what.

sorry to take your sub like that...

ive got it all mounted and ready to go, but its

raining like crazy here... im gonna try to get it in tomorrow

morning. ive got pics so when im not lazy enough to

upload them ill post 'em...

everything looks great so far... the did a good job packing

it up... tons of bubble wrap...

i cant wait to hear it in the morning...
