Which port would you use?

Sub IA DR 21". Box will be 8 cubes and I want to tune to about 35-36 hz. This will be a daily driver- needs to sound decent.

Here are my two thoughts. I know I've made quite a few threads but I want to build this box perfect the first time.

Options:

1. Rectangular port ~128 square inches port. 45's in the corner.

2. PVC, Schedule 80. ID=9.5", OD=10.75", so thickness=5/8. Leaves me about 8.9 square inches of port. There will be some form of mdf flares on both ends.

3. Other- please specify

I voted slot port. But that's just personal prefrence for me.

slot port, they look just so much more perfessional. And ive had better luck with them sounding better

First... spelling. Seriously expect me to take anything you have to say seriously when you can't even spell professional?

Second... that's subjective. And odds are you've only seen really poorly done round ported designs. I, myself, have done round ports which looked amazing, and professional.
