Oneplus 1 or 2. I have had both, prefer the 1. Can be found used around $150 on eBay, or buy a 2 brand new for $380.

According to who? I have owned Samsung phones for the past 6 years and have never had a single issue.

When you get enough people telling you they called and your phone doesn't ring you would know. google it also. only way to fix it is to turn off wifi and your mobile data.
