Are you set on getting one in a prefab box or are you willing to try to build one?

We're all beating on you man. You need to do some research about watts, learn ohms law, etc. You can't just buy 2 subs. You definitely can't buy an amp just based on wattage. And you definitely cannot expect anyone to give you an educated response without knowing more about the equipment you're talking about.

Post links to the subs you are looking at. Telling us peak wattage is useless. We need to know the rms wattage for each sub and their voice coil configurations. This will let us know what your final load will be to determine what amp you will need. 600 watts @ 2 ohms is way different than 600 watts @ 4 ohms.

Yea i dont know much so i guess which one would be better for a jeep and sound quality.
