which one?

I'm not a fan of either of those. If you really want one or the other, go find them at a store and see which is easier to use because sonically they will both perform the same basically. (Same # of eq bands, same pre-out voltage,etc.)

I would personally go with a pioneer head unit. Just my preference but I have never had a bad experience with pioneer.

The only thing good about that Panasonic unit you posted is that you can turn the internal amp off. That is, if you can stand the popping noise it creates everytime you change tracks.
