the car i have is a dakota so got to keep it kinda small. and which ever one i choose will be going into a ported box. i am looking for sumthin that is gonna sound good but get crazy loud.

and when the cap says 1 fared does that mean it is for 1000 watts and so on...

well, trying to keep it small, better go with one 12, 2 will be at least 4 cubic feet plus port and sub displacement would be a sizeable box. also, forget the word "cap" and get an extra battery.

sorry the size i have for the l7's are incorrect they will be 2 10'' l7's.

also does the eclipse hit hard and get loud or no cuz i havent really seen a whole lot of reviews on this. i do kno0w that the solo x is geared for spl.

I vote Eclipse awesome underrated sub. It can take much more than it is rated at and it has awesome SQ. And yes they do get LOUD
